A big hello and welcome

Well where to begin?  At the beginning of course!  This is my first post under the blog address MrMae, which stands for “Mr”, myself being of a male persuasion, and, “Mae”, an acronym for “moan about everything”.  It’s not that I want to go through life with a negative disposition; it just feels that it hits me all the time.  Is it just me, or, does it happen to everyone?

To give an example of what I am talking about, I run a small business, which involves delivery of goods via the postal system.  In order to facilitate this I require mail bags to package my items up.  The bags are ordered via the companies online mail system.  I duly ordered the bags, and, awaited their arrival.  A week later no bags had arrived.  I mailed the company again, and, received an apologetic email, stating my order had been escalated.  Another week went by, and, still no bags.  A further email was sent, this time a reply was received again apologising for the problems, stating that they had looked into the escalation, and, had phoned the local office, who would deliver the bags as soon as possible. This was over two weeks ago now, and, still no bags.  I have given up!  What has happened to my order though?  It has dropped off the face of the earth, and, no one cares.  Luckily I used my own devices, and, obtained some bags myself, but why should I have done this?  Is it just me or does this kind of scenario happen to everyone?  A promise to do something, or, a call back that never happens.

To this end I thought I would blog about my experiences, and, see if anyone else encounters similar problems.  Who knows maybe some good can come out of my posts?  I’m getting a bit ahead of myself now because I’m not sure if anyone will even read this, let alone comment.  See I’m being negative again, and, moaning, and, nothing has even really happened!
